As Registered Massage Therapists, we are always looking for the latest advances in massage therapy. Our foundation is based on Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue techniques which are the most popular styles of massage in the world. However we also offer NMT (Neuromuscular technique), Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy and Remedial Exercise.

Our treatment experience ranges from relaxation like swedish or hot stone treatments to help decrease stress and tension, to deep tissue therapeutic treatments. We practice a client-centered approach to massage therapy. Individual assessment and dialogue help us find the root cause of dysfunction and therefore help with long term resolution of pain. The goal for treatment is to provide personalized care to each client treating the cause of musculoskeletal problems, not just symptoms.

Botox is most often used for forehead lines, frown lines, crows feet and on the front of the neck. Botox reduces the visibility of wrinkles, it is injected by a tiny needle into the underlying muscle which in turn weakens the muscles that cause the wrinkle. Botox can take up to two weeks to take its full effect and can last approximately three to four months. A series of injections may be needed to allow the treatment of Botox to have a longer lasting effect.

Dermal Fillers are used to address wrinkles including smile lines, fine lines above the mouth, frown lines between the eyes, to plump lips as well as to reduce acne scars. They add volume, alter contours and achieve a more natural youthful appearance. Dermal Filler is made of a lab produced substance that is very similar to collagen called hylauronic acid. A thin needle is slid underneath the bothersome wrinkle and hylauronic acid is then injected under the skin. Results of a dermal filler lasts between four to seven months.
